Recently, the power bank industry has been mired in constant troubles. A well-known brand has recalled its products and had a large number of 3C certificates revoked. Since June 28, 2025, the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) has implemented a new regulation prohibiting power banks without 3C certification marks from being carried on board aircraft. Negative news related to "safety" has come one after another, once again pushing the word "safety" to the center of public attention. The new version of the GB 4943 national standard covers three major categories of equipment: audio-visual equipment, information technology equipment, and communication technology equipment.
